You must be a qualified nurse - RGN or RMN - and have a valid NMC PINExcellent communication skillsPassion for elderly and dementia careDedication to providing the highest levels of carePrevious experience within a similar settingMinimum 6 months'' nursing experienceJob Requirements

Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual careOrganising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are deliveredMay assist in inductions and orientations of new care staffLiaising with other healthcare professionalsMaintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times
