We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a specialist SEN College in Chelmsford, Essex.About the Role: You will work closely with a specific student, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop independence, and thrive in a nurturing educational environment.
