You will work on projects from £30000 to £2million, across the housing/residential sector. Each project you work on is bespoke to the client. Key duties will be: Producing indicative construction costs at key stages within the design process. Helping with the production of Tender InformationProducing Tender ReportsCarrying out Valuations of projects on siteWorking collaboratively alongside Architects throughout the Contract Administration period What you''ll need to succeed You will have experience as a PQS, and ideally have knowledge in the residential/housing sector.
