The Role:Full control of kitchen operations from pre-opening to launch and beyondCrafting and executing a fresh, seasonal menu with a strong gastropub identityRecruiting, training and mentoring a skilled kitchen teamMaintaining excellent food hygiene, GP targets, and stock controlWorking closely with the GM to shape the business culture and customer experience

The Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchenA real passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced foodStrong leadership skills with a collaborative and hands-on approachSound understanding of costings, margins, and kitchen systemsConfident with menu development and launching a new concept
