The Role

• Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Support marketing activities by contributing to case studies, customer success stories, newsletters, and social media content.
• Host and represent the company at events, coordinating client visits and site tours.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align strategy and deliver business objectives.
• Provide insights from customer interactions to help shape marketing campaigns and materials.

The Person

• Proven sales experience in industrial / technical environments (pumps, valves etc)
• Confident building long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, or technical products desirable.
