Recruitment Consultant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced-Recruitment Consultant for our Wolverhampton office.
The role involves developing and building a portfolio of clients within the Industrial, Warehousing, Manufacturing or Skilled and Technical sector within the Midlands. Through a dedicated sales approach supported by our experienced team you will be required to develop and manage the recruitment process for a range of clients.
This role is not a trainee role as we are looking to recruit someone with experience.
Team Support Group offer an excellent working environment and a competitve renumerative package, which includes, basic salary (negotiable based on experience), pension, bonus scheme, and car allowance. We can also offer flexibility in terms of working hours and hybrid working (from home).-
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience within sales in recruitment, and will have worked within an industrial sector. You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to bring on new clients and develop and manage the recruitment process. Due to the nature of the role applicants will need to be able to drive.
Our Wolverhampton City Centre office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm Fridays, but working hours will be flexible based on your client needs and personal life/work balance.
