Purchase Ledger Assistant / Finance Assistant - BristolOur client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger Assistant / Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team in Bristol.Key Responsibilities:Process supplier invoices, including both purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, ensuring accurate and timely inputInvestigate and resolve invoice queries by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, escalating where requiredPerform supplier statement reconciliations and identify any discrepanciesManage and reconcile company credit card accounts, highlighting any non-compliant expenditureAct as the first point of contact for Concur-related queries, including user set-up and training supportHandle routine finance queries and ensure timely resolution or escalationProcess supplier payments, direct debits, and receipts in line with company deadlinesCarry out general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain high levels of accuracy across all financial processesAbout You:Previous experience in a finance role, ideally within purchase ledger or accounts payableStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate workA collaborative team player who is willing to support colleaguesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across the business and maintain confidentialityWell-organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesProactive mindset with a focus on ..... full job details .....
