Digital Delivery / Project Management Lead (Fund Services)

– Our client, a global FinTech / Fund Services provider to Wealth and Asset Management clients, is seeking a Digital Delivery Programme / Project Manager with experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Transfer Agency or Fund Accounting. The role is accountable for delivering digital products to new and existing clients and for digital product enhancements that improve product functionality and service delivery for all clients.Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team including product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA, using best practice methodologies to deliver to agreed timelines, budgets, quality expectations, objectives, business case and quality gate measures.Manage and own client and key stakeholder relationships; produce timely and accurate reporting (updates, RAID logs, budgetary controls, resource requirements) and ensure compliance with internal frameworks and governance.Product Delivery: Own the delivery of digital products to required clients and align implementations with existing frameworks where needed.Create repeatable processes to improve subsequent product rollout.Ensure the delivery framework supports a continual delivery mindset.Initiation: Identify, confirm, and engage stakeholders to ratify scope and objectives; establish governance structures and confirm roles and responsibilities.Confirm objectives, benefits, business cases, products, and strategic themes; agree on critical success factors.Identify relevant scrum teams and ensure sprint delivery/outputs align; confirm testing strategy and criteria for production acceptance.Identify dependencies and align plans; identify actions, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.Monitoring and Communication: Prepare and execute stakeholder communication plans; maintain regular, timely, and accurate communications across locations and time zones; provide reporting to various stakeholder audiences and manage expectations.Chair and document meetings; facilitate discussions and determine next steps; ensure quality gate requirements are met at relevant stages of the project lifecycle.Team Management: Foster a collaborative culture; support and motivate the delivery team and maintain a deliverable focus.Facilitation: Manage and monitor RAID; manage changes to plans and escalate as appropriate; resolve resource conflicts as necessary.Prepare and run Steering Committees as required; maintain governance and use approved document templates.Keep documents up to date, properly stored, version controlled, and audit-ready; complete Closure Reports within SLA timeframe.Ensure compliance with Information Security and data protection requirements; support continuous improvement and Agile adoption within the team.Highlight key issues and capture lessons learned to benefit future projects.Project Budgetary Control: Maintain budget expenditure across all areas and activities and provide budgetary reporting.Experience required

Extensive experience in a similar Project Delivery / Programme Management role from a Wealth Management, Asset Management or Fund Servicing background (ideally with Transfer Agency and/or Fund Accounting knowledge).Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders.Client-focused with strong collaboration and communication skills; articulate and persuasive.Highly motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; proactive.Strong understanding of financial control, budget management, and risk and issue management.Knowledge of structured project management methodologies and tools, including Atlassian toolset.Ability to work under pressure with a calm and assertive manner; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for relationships with senior managers and colleagues.Desirable: Machine Learning experience; Project Management certification (Prince2 or Agile); Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations.Details
