We are proud to be working with a specialist SEN provision in Oldham who are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of pupils who need supportive, adaptable and engaging teaching.

The role will involve:

• Planning and delivering creative English lessons to students with a range of additional needs (including SEMH, ASD and ADHD).

• Adapting teaching methods to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all learners.

• Creating a positive, safe and structured classroom environment.

• Working closely with support staff and the wider SEN team to achieve the best outcomes for each student.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (SEN experience desirable but not essential).

• Strong behaviour management and the ability to engage students of varying abilities.

• A nurturing, resilient and flexible teaching approach.
