Office Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone with a background as an EA, PA, or Office Manager who is looking for a part-time opportunity.Location:
Office-based only (days flexible, no remote working)Key Responsibilities
Booking travel, restaurants, and appointmentsLiaising with contractors and managing office deliveriesOrdering and distributing stationeryOverseeing office management, including light facilities coordination (e.g. arranging AC servicing, replacing light bulbs)Preparing and issuing simple contract templatesProcessing invoices and expenses using Excel and emailCandidate Profile
Extensive experience in EA, PA, or Office Manager rolesProactive, organised, and able to work independentlyStrong communication skills with an approachable mannerConfident using Excel and standard office systemsWhat We Offer
