Senior Product Governance Manager

will take responsibility for the following remit:Delivering and continuing to develop the Product Management process, thereby ensuring that each product is fully managed from the completion of implementation through to the end of its lifecycleManaging required product changes to bring an effective implementation of changes and closuresManaging periodic assessments of the fund range to ensure adherence to features identified in the product design process and the potential for fund amendmentsEnsuring that relevant Product Management and Product Governance processes are regularly reviewedManage the creation of Product Governance-owned materialsManaging key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of the Product Governance function and the required support for and adherence to all relevant policies and proceduresBuilding and maintaining a focused knowledge of regulations and keeping abreast of changes and developmentsManaging required product changesActively contributing to product risk, fund and thematic reviewsThe

Senior Product Governance Manager

will meet the following skillset:A strong background within Product Governance and Product Management within the investment management sectorGood working knowledge of investor types, distributional channels, the competitor landscape gained from working within the asset management sectorGood working technical knowledge of investment products across pooled product structures (including UCITS and non-UCITS)Previous experience in launching, operating, amending and closing pooled investment fundsKnowledge of product life cycles and the role of product management and governance within that cycleStrong excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and interpret large volumes of information to identify and highlight key features and present these in a clear and concise mannerStrong communication skills, including the ability to write compelling reports and documents, the ability to negotiate at a senior level, and to successfully chair meetings with stakeholdersThis is an exciting opportunity for a
