Summary of the role: We''re looking for a Reconciliations Team Leader to join the Finance Operations function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records across our Life andamp; Pensions portfolio. You''ll lead a team of five analysts, overseeing daily reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and month-end processes, while maintaining strong controls and compliance with regulatory standards.
