You will be pivotal in providing administrative support across the People and HR team and take ownership of the payroll, through to submission to the payroll provider.Key responsibilities: Maintain employee records in HR systems and personnel filesMaintain employer records with third party providersOwn the collation of payroll and submission of payroll to third party providerProcess all HR invoices using SAPPreparing onboarding materials and support the new hire onboarding processAssist with employee offboardingRespond to internal and external HR queries and assist where can.Ensure compliance with policies and lawsAssist in preparation of reports, metrics and documentationCoordinate training and development programsSupport team with organising training and tracking training plansSupport with employee engagement activities and eventsPerform general admin tasksSupport the recruitment process, including post job adverts, schedule interviews and coordinating with candidates.Support and assist the wider team with projects.
