As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will focus on sourcing high-quality teachers and support staff to meet the needs of our established client base across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire. This role offers immediate earning potential with commission available from day one for every successful placement.

Role Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment duties with a focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
• Writing and managing job adverts across job boards and CV databases
• Proactively searching for candidates and conducting pre-screening calls
• Completing compliance and vetting checks to a high standard
• Meeting candidates face-to-face for registration and onboarding
• Working closely with consultants to match candidates to roles
• Shadowing experienced consultants to support your progression
