Our client, a reputable Main Dealership in Luton, is looking to recruit a professional to lead their busy Aftersales Department. • -40,000 basic salary with OTE of -60,000

Duties:-

• Lead, coach, and develop the Aftersales team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage the daily operations of the service and aftersales departments, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Monitor workshop loading, utilisation, and operational performance as the Aftersales Manager
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer care
• Build and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives
• Ensure all processes and procedures comply with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:-

• Previous experience in an Aftersales Management or Service Management role within the motor trade
• Strong leadership and team management skills essential for an Aftersales Manager position
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to outstanding service delivery
• Commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
