Sous ChefFull time 37 hours per week, alternate weekends requiredPay £15.55 per hour weekdays / £16.55 per hour weekendsAs a Sous Chef you will provide a safe, quality, cost effective catering service to all customers and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents.Your Skills: Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace.Knowledge of food safety and practices.Need to undertake relevant training and CPD.Experience of the standards of hygiene used in food preparation.Experience of food preparation, cooking and service.You ll provide homely meals for our residents, meeting a diverse range of dietary requirements.You must be able to work well as part of a team and have good communications skills.
