Workshop Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate breakdown response - triage issues by phone, schedule engineers, and aim for first-time fix

• Manage service/repair workflow including job logging, parts ordering, third-party contractors and invoicing

• Plan maintenance, inspections and equipment availability while supporting field engineers with required info and stock

• Maintain accurate service records, stock control and identify chargeable repairs

Requirements

• Mechanical repair or plant maintenance knowledge

• Experience in service coordination/maintenance control (desirable)

• Strong organisation, problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency
