Junior IT Support Analyst , you will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering high-quality 1st line technical assistance to users across the business. You\''ll be exposed to a broad range of technologies, providing support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, switches, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in IT within a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st line support for all IT-related queries via phone, email, and in personTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across a range of devicesEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessaryMaintain clear communication with users to ensure a positive support experienceDocument incidents and resolutions accurately in the ticketing systemWhat We''re Looking For

You don\''t need to know everything—we\''re looking for someone enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.
