This role is crucial in driving operational performance, leading a production team, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of output while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.Rate: to be discussed on experience, hourly rate insite IR35Early Shift:Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 14:15Friday: 6:00am - 12:00Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targetsEnsure safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained and improvedMonitor and drive On Time Start (OTS) and On Time Finish (OTF) metrics, reducing dwell time and increasing throughputAnalyse workloads and resource capacity to align with production plansMaintain housekeeping standards and ensure accurate job clocking and cost bookingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate effectively across all levels, acting as the main point of contact for operational updatesEnsure staff training, qualifications, and certifications are kept current and compliantContribute to cost management by identifying and eliminating inefficienciesAbout You:Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing or production environmentExperience in regulated industries (e.g. ..... full job details .....
