We are looking for an-HVAC Engineer--who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

As the-HVAC Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-HVAC Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Undertake inspection, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical building services installations.
• Carry out maintenance and remedial works on plumbing systems, pumps, AHU, heating &ventilation, expansion vessels, hot water systems, drainage, sanitaryware, HVAC plant, and associated services.
• You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries,-overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
• Support the wider engineering team in maintaining safe, compliant, and operational environments, diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
• Accurately complete all work documentation and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and site teams while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer- role you must have:

• The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level-with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.-
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building services, including plumbing systems, HVAC, pumps, and water hygiene controls.
