Key Responsibilities Enterprise and Data Centre Support - Deliver advanced network support across large-scale enterprise and data centre environments, managing multi-vendor solutions (Juniper, Cisco ASA, Fortinet FortiGate, Aruba). Complex Network Operations - Implement, configure, and troubleshoot advanced network setups, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance. Core MPLS and ISP Infrastructure - Operate and maintain core MPLS and ISP backbone systems, including BGP peering and collaboration with upstream providers. Monitoring and Incident Response - Monitor alerts, enhance visibility via internal/customer-facing monitoring tools, and proactively address performance issues. Ticket and Workflow Management - Own incident resolution from start to finish, prioritising efficiently and maintaining clear, professional client communications.
