Maitland Park in Camden . You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, using the latest technology to enable more quality time with residents. Maitland Park has an excellent reputation as a valued care provider, with residents'' needs at the heart of everything we do.Previous experience working with older adults in residential care is required. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and effective with communication. You will need to be working towards or have completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and your line manager. You should be able to follow guidelines, write care plans, and maintain good communication.
