Job Title: Multi Trader - Social Housing

Location: Covering Reading & Oxford

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to work in social housing properties across Reading and Oxford. Duties will include:

• Carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in tenanted and void properties

• Working across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, basic electrics, etc.)

• Providing a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Multi Trader within social housing or a similar role

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Immediate availability preferred
