What You''ll Be Doing Coaching and developing brand-new sales starters, many with little or no previous sales experience. Delivering hands-on training to build core sales skills, confidence, and consistency. Supporting Academy team members from onboarding through to full competency. Setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and driving performance. Reporting on individual and team progress and shaping tailored development plans. Creating a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused team culture where people feel supported and motivated. What Success Looks Like Smooth, effective onboarding and development of new sales starters. Strong improvements in performance, confidence, and call quality. Clear, accurate reporting and actionable development plans. Consistent progression of Academy members into core sales roles.
