This role is vital in optimising team performance, evaluating engineering processes, and driving product development. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise workload, motivate team members, and manage absences.Software Management: Oversee engineering software processes and data management.Technical Support: Evaluate and optimise engineering products and systems.Maintenance Coordination: Ensure equipment operation through effective maintenance management.Compliance Assurance: Uphold safety, quality, and environmental compliance.Reporting: Develop and analyse engineering reports and trends. Key Skills and Experience:Education: HNC in Engineering or equivalent, knowledge of electrical installation requirements.Experience: 5+ years in engineering management and familiarity with Siemens, CMMS and CAD software.Leadership: Strong man-management and team motivation skills.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.Organisation: Proficient in project management and problem-solving.
