Artis Finance and Accountancy are seeking a proactive Management Accountant with manufacturing experience to join a busy finance team. In this role, you will prepare monthly management accounts, perform reconciliations, post journals, and provide variance analysis and reporting. You will work closely with operations to support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost analysis, helping to improve efficiency and margins while maintaining robust controls and supporting audits.

The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in manufacturing or production environments. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, stock control, standard costing, and ERP systems is highly desirable, along with excellent Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
