What You ll Be Doing Supporting the delivery and objectives of the Shaftesbury business plan and strategy through the quality framework and strategy. Ensuring standards within services meet the people we support, organisation and regulatory requirements. Ensure we are operating, within services placing authority contract, to ensure delivery of provision, which meets both the standard expected and the requirement of support needed.
