To ensure market leading customer service is provided to all customers through effective and efficient coordination of the workshop Engineers. Ensuring that all Customer Service Level Agreements are met and internal Company KPI’s are achieved. Customer satisfaction must be at the heart of everything we do.Your key responsibilities
Prioritise, allocate and distribute work to the Workshop EngineersPrepare quotations for any chargeable workLiaise with service office, short term rental and customers to ensure equipment is turned around on timeEnsure all equipment that leaves the workshop is serviced and has up to date Thorough ExaminationPrepare repair quotations and estimates as required in conjunction with appropriate engineer and parts department, ordering parts where requiredLiaise with parts department regarding back orders to effect job completion and resolution in a timely mannerWork with refurb team on scheduling to meet annual targetsManage and distribute work to sub-contractors where relevantWhat we are looking for
Industry knowledge is desiredA good knowledge of IT is desiredAbility to multi-task efficiently is a requirementGood communication skills are essentialExperience of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service is essentialWhat we offer
