This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional currently studying towards a professional qualification and looking to further develop their corporate tax expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory servicesAssist with advisory work including tax planning, VAT, reorganisations, and MandA transactionsPrepare and review tax computations and corporate tax returnsSupport tax accounting assignments where requiredIdentify tax efficiency opportunities and highlight potential risksBuild strong client relationships and provide proactive supportKeep up to date with changes in tax legislationSupport and mentor junior team members where appropriateRequirementsPart-qualified (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and actively studyingDemonstrable experience in corporate tax complianceExposure to corporate tax advisory work desirableGood technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAmbitious, commercially aware, and keen to ..... full job details .....
