Job Title: Experienced Powder CoaterLocation: HaverhillJob Type: Temporary to Permanent or PermanentMarket 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and well-established paint shop, utilising up-to-date Gema powder coating equipment, both manual and automated.Main Purpose of the RoleTo prepare and powder coat a variety of metal surfaces to a high standard, ensuring efficient operation within a fast-paced paint shop environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate powder coating guns (manual and automated Gema systems)Prepare metal surfaces prior to coatingApply powder coating to a range of products to required specificationsWork on an online track system within the paint shopMaintain quality standards and ensure consistent finishesFollow health and safety procedures at all timesAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport team members across the paint shop when requiredMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the work areaAssist with general paint shop duties as neededExperience, Skills and QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in powder coating (required)Minimum 1 year experience working with an online track system (required)Strong knowledge of powder coating gun setupAbility to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and reliable approach to workWorking Pattern and BenefitsHours: 7:30am - 4pm Mon-Thurs, Friday 7am - 2pmBenefits: Company pension, life insurance, on-site parking, profit sharing, overtime rates, ..... full job details .....
