Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Contact and Assessment Team for Hammersmith and Fulham Council Duties and Responsibilities: Managing complex and high-risk cases within the Contact and Assessment Team. Undertaking assessments of children in need, child protection, and Section 47 enquiries. Responding to new referrals and ensuring timely decisions on thresholds for intervention. Completing high-quality assessments, care plans, and reports in line with statutory timescales. Engaging with children, families, and partner agencies to ensure effective multi-agency working. Attending strategy meetings, child protection conferences, and court proceedings as required. Providing guidance and support to less experienced social workers within the team. Ensuring all casework complies with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies.
