The business operates multiple specialist production facilities and is seeking an experienced, commercially aware Head of Manufacturing to lead and optimise its manufacturing operations. The Role As Head of Manufacturing, you will take full responsibility for the operational performance of three manufacturing sites, ensuring the seamless production of high-end bespoke kitchens while maintaining world-class quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship. You will be a key senior leader within the business, working closely with design, sales, project management and installation teams to ensure every client experience meets the brand s elite standards.
