Travel Reservations Consultant Base Salary to 30,000 + Commission and Great Benefits# Fully Remote within the UK Our client is a well established, privately owned tour operator who sell exclusively through travel trade partners. Their product range features flights, hotels, worldwide tours, cruises featuring bespoke and multi centre itineraries. Due to growth, they are now recruiting for Travel Reservations Consultants to join their team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and service support to customers. The role includes handling new and existing reservations, ensuring customers receive accurate advice, efficient booking management, and an excellent end-to-end travel experience while meeting individual and team sales targets. To be considered, candidates must have previous travel experience ideally with knowledge of a major GDS. The working hours are between Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, occasional Saturdays, no Sundays or Bank Holidays. This role is offered on a fully remote basis within the UK. Travel Reservations Consultant Duties: Answering all enquiries are answered promptly, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met whilst meeting sales targets.
