Temporary payroll administrator Our client, a well-established organisation based in Huddersfield, is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy payroll function, processing monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees using Sage 50. If you''re available immediately and bring strong payroll and spreadsheet experience, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Accurate processing of monthly payroll for 500+ staffGeneration and analysis of payroll reportsMaintaining precise payroll records and documentationLiaising with internal teams to resolve payroll queriesUpholding confidentiality and ensuring compliance with regulationsSupporting general administrative tasks within payrollWhat we are looking for:Proficiency in Sage 50 Payroll softwareStrong Excel skills and data management capabilitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProven experience in payroll administrationAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentThis is a full-time position. However, part-time applicants will also be considered as long as key days Monday-Wednesday are covered.
