Reymas Group is recruiting a Flat Roofing and Cladding Estimator to work for a well-established and dynamic Roofing and Cladding Contractor. This role involves pricing and tendering for flat roofing and cladding projects across a national portfolio, with most work concentrated from the North West to London. The position suits someone with previous experience in flat roofing estimation, ideally with knowledge of cladding or facades. Projects range from £300K to £3M, working alongside Tier 1 contractors. Company: A well-established and growing national roofing contractor delivering large-scale projects for Tier 1 main contractors. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays Location: Nottinghamshire Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for flat roofing and cladding projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and related documents. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and product details. Work closely with project managers and the commercial team. Contribute to tender submissions for Tier 1 contractors. Attend meetings and site visits as required. Experience and Skills Required Previous experience estimating flat roofing projects. Knowledge of cladding or facades is desirable. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
