Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals with their daily activities while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Assist individual with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals in following their care plans and achieving their personal goals. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for patients. Help with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety at all times. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Communicate effectively with residents , families, and other healthcare professionals. Drive to various locations as needed for home care assignments or appointment visits. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes. Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is desirable but not essential. Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
