Multi-Site Relief Care WorkerAre you a passionate Multi-Site Relief Care Workerlooking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Multi-Site Relief Care Worker to work in a service based in Gloucester.Pay Rates: £13.69 - £17.64 Umbrella RateInformation the Role: Successful candidates will be offered a zero hour contact and must be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.What you will be doing: Undertake delegated responsibilities from Senior colleagues including Grade 6, Rehab officers, Team Leaders and Unit Managers.Provide support to and work collaboratively with teams and colleagues within ASC in-house services to ensure continuity of care.Support individuals with all aspects of their day to day living as required, as detailed in the care plan.Promote the health and wellbeing of individuals, ensuring all care needs are met. This may include personal care.Provide cover on a variety of hours, including daytime and night-time hours, shift work and weekends.Monitor and report back on the progress of individuals both verbally and in writing as required.Be aware of Corporate and departmental policies and procedures and follow these.
