A role where you have time to care, build relationships and leave work knowing you have done things properly.We offer flexible working between 7am and 9pm, with hours to suit you. From around 5 hours a week up to full time, including every other weekend (proportionate to the hours you work). Care runs are planned close together in your local area, so you are not travelling all over the place.Rotas are planned in advance and we work within your agreed availability. We do not constantly call asking you to cover extra calls or to rush visits.
