It is a small-sized company known for its focus on employee development and creating a supportive work environment.DescriptionDevelop and implement training and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with managers to identify and address training needs across departments.Create engaging learning materials and programmes to enhance employee skills.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements.Support career development planning and succession planning efforts.Organise and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to encourage growth.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in training practices.ProfileA successful Learning and Development/Talent professional should have:Experience in the Human Resources or Business Services industry in Learning and DevelopmentStrong knowledge of learning and development principles and practices.Excellent organisational and project management skills.Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and ..... full job details .....
