We are partnering with a leading global executive search firm to hire a Research Consultant to support on retained pitches, talent mapping, sourcing, delivery, search, candidate sourcing.Role Overview and Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Mapping and Research: Utilising advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proprietary databases to identify potential candidates and "multipliers" (industry experts for recommendations).Strategy Development: Working closely with consultants to understand client briefs, define search parameters, and build longlists/shortlists of qualified candidates.Headhunting and Engagement: Directly reaching out to passive talent to build trust and assess their suitability for high-level positions.Market Intelligence: Providing insights into industry talent landscapes and competitor organisations.
