Alongside being financially and commercially astute.

It is a busy operation so you will also need some volume experience and exerience of leading a team.

Role - Restaurant Manager

Manage all day to day operations

Control labour, stock and all costs and budgetsRecruit, train, coach and develop your team

Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front

Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems and proceduresWork closely with the head chef

Experience as a restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop manager in busy commercial customer facing operations

Strong financial and commercial acumen - P and L accountability
