Telesales Representative About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with architects, conducting outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for our external representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building with Architects: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects through regular phone contact Understand architects'' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions Act as a liaison between architects and our company, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction Keep architects informed about new products, services, and industry trends Organize and participate in virtual or in-person events to strengthen relationships with architects Outbound Sales and Lead Follow-up: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and architects Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for our products and services Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads effectively Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential clients Address inquiries and overcome objections professionally and ..... full job details .....
