Mobile Chemist South region Based 27,500 We are currently looking for 2 x candidates A level qualified in Chemistry to work as a Mobile Waste Operative.Working within the Marine sector, you will be responsible for traveling to sites across the south region collect Chempac Waste. The Role;List, package, and label hazardous waste, including checking drums and contents at customer sites.Collect and safely transport hazardous waste, following regulations and company rules.Use IT systems to create transport documents, check safety data, and prepare quotes.Perform tasks like printing labels, transferring waste, and re-packing containers.Review new requests and help with chemist tasks at the Hazardous Waste Transfer Station when needed.Sample hazardous waste and help clean up spills if required.Share technical knowledge with customers and team members, including training new staff when experienced.Follow health and safety rules, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and COSHH regulations.Complete paperwork accurately to meet customer needs and keep stock of supplies.Build good customer relationships, follow site rules, and help with other tasks as needed by management.
