You will be responsible for:Attending pre-construction meetings and contributing to project planningPreparing and submitting external applications for payment and invoicingReconciling client payments and managing cash flowPricing variations, design changes, and other commercial adjustmentsCompleting final accounts and ensuring accurate project close-outProducing quarterly internal cost valuations and cost-to-complete reportsDeveloping and maintaining internal costing systems using Eque2 softwareWhat you''ll need to succeed:To be successful in this role, you will need:A minimum of an HNC in Construction or Civil EngineeringStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systemsA proactive and punctual approach to workExperience with Eque2 or similar costing software (desirable)What you''ll get ..... full job details .....
