This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience in our showroom.

Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets.Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated with the latest trends in bedroom furniture.Showroom Presentation:

Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.Administrative Tasks:

Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.

Requirements:Previous Experience:

Not necessary as full training given.Customer Service Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.Organisational Skills:

Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines where required.Product Knowledge:

A basic understanding of bedroom furniture and a willingness to learn about our product offerings.Communication Skills:
