We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice who are looking to recruit a Level 4 Diploma Qualified Paraplanner to join their team in their Aylesbury office. This role offers hybrid working.RoleThe role will report to the Head of Paraplanning, and the key areas of the role are as follows: Analyse client information and existing investments/plansTax calculations (IHT/CGT/bonds etc)Construct appropriate solutions for clients in conjunction with the advisersWrite suitability reports for cases of varying complexityRun Cashflow models for clientsBe a point of contact for technical queries for CS and advisersCommunicating with clients on research and report time scalesAttend client meetings where requiredHelping to train other members of the teamPotentially getting involved in some project work to further improve our systems and processesLeading Pod meetingsUndertake peer reviews for the paraplanning teamResponsibilitiesEnsure all work is completed accurately and to a high standardThink client when writing a report to ensure the report is client friendly and easy to digestTaking ownership of the clients experience by ensuring you effectively manage your cases throughout the process (from the meeting booked date)Ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the advice processTake responsibility for the data in our systems to ensure it is accurate and up to dateWork collaboratively with advisers on cases (offering ideas and options)Ensure all e-mails, research ..... full job details .....
