IT Application Support Technician – Shift-Based | Site-Based | Leeds. We are recruiting an IT Application Support Technician for our client, a global leader in automation and logistics. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting advanced warehouse IT systems in a dynamic distribution environment.Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and support Warehouse Management and Material Flow SystemsPerform system monitoring, testing, and documentationCollaborate with engineering teams and site staff to ensure uptimeSupport software changes, updates, and releasesWork flexible shifts, including occasional weekends and eveningsWhat You’ll Need

BSc/HND/HNC in Computer Science or related fieldStrong SQL and Linux skillsExperience of supporting automated materials handling systemsExcellent problem-solving and communication abilitiesJava/PLC experience is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally and adapt to shift patternsWhat’s on Offer
