The role will be to work from new scientific concepts of what is possible to build and test then improvement from real world testing. This iterative process is used by the team to create new and reliable communications platforms.

Scientific undergraduate degree in Physics
Physics, electromagnetics or antenna theory related post graduate qualification ideally to PhD level.
Electromagnetic field modelling.
ANSYS HFSS, CST, XFDTD, COMSOL etc.

Role
RF architecture and design.
Antenna RF performance modelling in Ansys HFSS, Matlab or Python.
Specification and analysis of chamber testing.
RF layout, FPGA and associated software design detailing.
Advise on Antenna testing.
