Manchester, North West . This role is ideal for an experienced solicitor with a strong background in corporate law, particularly within MandA and related transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including private equity, MandA transactions, corporate restructures, and cross-border deals. You will be expected to manage a varied caseload, supervise junior team members, and actively contribute to business development activities to expand the firm''s client network.
