We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Finance Paralegal. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, offering excellent development opportunities. The finance team in Europe has particular experience advising private equity sponsors, including advising on leveraged financings.The successful candidate will help with the team''s capital call facility work for a number of their main sponsor clients. Responsibilities will include:Assisting senior associates with daily management of capital call bridge facilities for key sponsor clients. Supporting the administration of a portfolio of 50+ capital call facilities. Assisting with facility increases, amendments, extensions, and refinancings. Supporting the documentation and implementation of new sublines. Assisting with the management of ongoing matters. Maintaining and updating facility documentation. Advising private equity sponsors on a range of financing matters, and portfolio companies on ongoing requirements. Working on a variety of leveraged debt structures. Advising debt funds and fund sponsors on financing. The firm are offering a highly competitive salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits, and hybrid working arrangements are in place.Suitable candidates will have gained prior experience as a Finance Paralegal, ideally within a law firm.
